Preview pane on side

I am using entourage 10.1.1 on an iMAC running system X.3.9 . Is there
a way to move the preview pane to the side rather than under the
messages? Thanks

Only by upgrading to Entourage 2004.

(BTW, while considering that option, you really mist update to Office
10.1.6. 10.1.1 has real limitations and bugs.)
