Preview Pane Problem

Hi all,

I have my Preview Pane set to "On Right." When I go to my Sent Mail folder,
and sort by "sent" I can never get the name of the "to:" recipient to show
up, it just shows my name. When I sort by "To", it still just shows my name.

Is there any way around this?

They should be showing ³To³. Do this for me:

1. Drag a few sent messages to the desktop for testing.
2. Create a new Identity in Entourage
3. Drag in the test messages to the sent folder

Do they show the names? If yes, this indicates database problems. Let me
know what you find.

Hi Diane,

Yes they did show the names in the new identity. I also learned the
following:

1. The names do show up in my sent folder on my main identity. BUT
2. I have rules set up to send my "sent emails" from my 3 different email
accounts to invididual subfolders within my main "Sent Mail" folder. Each
one of these folders I have labeled "Hotmail Sent" "Gmail Sent" "Work Sent"

Why would it NOT show up in the preview pane in these created sent folders
but it does show up in the main one?

I only have newsgroup sent as a subfolder of Sent, but it shows ³To³.

You are using the default selection for Sent?

Under Custom Arrangements, one of the options is Accounts. You might try
using that and leaving all of your sent mail in one folder and view by
custom arrangement when needed.
