I am using a PRF file as a shortcut to launch Outlook 2002
on a terminal server. This ensures that the first time a
user logs on, they get their default e-mail configuration.
The PRF profile is set not to overwrite the exisiting
profile in case changes have been made by the user.
The problem I am having is that sporadically when a user
clicks on the PRF file they receive a "Default Outlook
Profile" rather than the requested one which still exists
in their list of profiles.
Does anyone know why this may be happening?
Any help much appreciated.
