PRICE function, frequency

In using the PRICE function, one criteria is FREQUENCY.
According to HELP, the frequency can be for annual
payments, frequency = 1; for semiannual, frequency = 2;
for quarterly, frequency = 4

Is there a way to compute PRICE if frequency is monthly?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
