Primavera Project Planner Question...HELP

I have an activity in P3 whose only predecessor (which is driving) is a
milestone. This milestone completed June 06 and the activity started
June 06. I have 30 days (from a data date of October 1, 06) RD for
this activity, but it is finishing according to this schedule at 5
December. If I whittle the RD duration down to 1 day, it finishes 23
October 06. The only thing that is driving it is the completed
milestone. If I break that link, all is good with the world. But of
course I shouldn't have to. Anyone have any insights as to what is
going on here? Thank you!

Hi ,

This newsgroup is specifically for matters dealing with Microsoft Project.
I suggest you try to find a more appropriate newsgroup that deals with P3
problems.
