I ran a search but did not see this topic covered, so here goes:
My boss is able to reply to a message and then print his reply BEFORE
he saves the message.... none of the rest of us can do this, and he
does not know why he's able to. Does anyone know how to get around
this? It saves steps later on (going into the "sent" folder, locating
the message and printing it out), which in turn saves time and so on.
Any assistance/input would be GREATLY appreciated!!
