How do I print a custom view (ie, a list of all the calendar items within
the business category)?

Although you can't do it from a custom view, you could do it by getting my
shareware scripts Export-Import Entourage X, at

Using the Calendar Export from X script, you can export just the calendar
events of Business category to a text file, then import the text file into
Excel or into Word as a table, and print there. In Excel, you could remove
columns you don't need, convert the verbose dates into short dates with one
of the other scripts in the package (Excel Convert to Date X) and split
date-time columns into separate columns if you wish. When ready, print ,or
paste the worksheet into Word as a table and print there.

Also, make sure you submit it as a product suggestion to Microsoft on their
web site. I find that the printing options in this new version of Entourage
10 are not quite what I expected (read disappointing). However, if you want
a software developer to know what you want you've got to tell them, Make
sure you do it. I have.

You can send feedback to the developers on any Entourage issue without
recourse to the web site. Use the last menu item under the 'Help' menu -
"Send Feedback on Entourage". This message will go directly to the
developers. The more people that request a feature the more likely it is to
be implemented.
