Print Monthly Calendar w/start AND end times

Hi... am trying to do something that should be easy. I want to print
the monthly calendar
show start AND end times
show the complete title of the event (if there's room in the box)
display the color of the categories

standard in MeetingMaker, so was surprised when I had to switch over and
couldn't do it - can't do it in outlook, either (in 2003 or 2007)

Thanks for any ideas!

This is a MS utility to use with Outlook but is worth looking at. Search for
"Calendar Printing Assistant" . It is a free add-on utility that comes with
many templates for printing calendars in various daily, weekly, monthly,
yearly layouts. You can find it at the following url.
