I have a document which includes just under 100 endnotes. These are entered as a numbered list, with intervening chapter headings to make clear which chapter each set of notes applies to. Each numbered note, and the chapter heads, has a ¶ after it. The formatting all looks exactly how I want it when viewing the document. However, when I select print, the preview and the output (on paper or in pdf) has ignored the majority of the paragraph breaks and ther text all runs into one. What am I doing wrong?
