Print Screen Issues with Dropdowns

Hi Folks;
I have the need to print some screens in Excel. I'm using Validatio
cells that work as dropdowns, and I have the need to print the scree
with the pull down menu exposed.
ALT-PRINT SCREEN won't print, even PRINT SCREEN alone does nothing.
Do these commands not work in Excel? Is this a computer setup problem?
Probably something very simple, but I'm just not that well-versed...

Hi Scott

works for me ??? however AFAIK you can only have one validation list exposed
in each screen capture - i'm using excel 2003 (and alt + print screen) and
word 2002 (ctrl + v) to paste the captured screen into on windows xp - but i
know i've done it on other versions of excel.

I'm having Gremlins- I just tried pasting it into "Paint" and it worke
just fine this time- who knows? Many thanks
