Your client wouldn't be Dilbert's boss, would it?
Yes it can be done but it will probably take some trial and error. First
set up the page for landscape and print the schedule. Then re-configure
the view to show the timescale so as much if not all of the plan
timespan appears (this is simply to cut down on the volume for the next
steps). Go to Edit/Page Setup/View tab. Check the "Print Notes" option
and uncheck all other options. Also set the print for portrait. Use
Print Preview to determine which page will have the Notes. Then print
just that page.
