Printed E-Mail Problem

B

Bob Becker

I have a client company who is using Outlook 2002 and Exchange 5.5.
The mail for the company goes into a mailbox called 'info'.
This is delivered to a person who prints a lot of the e-mail for
others to read.
They would prefer that the name across the top of the
printed e-mail read as the company name rather than 'info'.
Is there a way to do this?

TIA

It prints the display name as configured on the mailbox. If you change that
to the company name it will print it as you desire. Note that you also send
with this name then so you might want to change it to something lik "Info
Companyname"

Since you print a lot you might want to automate it a little as well. Sperry
Software has an Auto-Print Add-in that could help you with it. For more info
