Printed emails not including attachment info

Linnie

Hello all! i am posting this for a second time in hopes
this time i garner some advice! short of spending the $200
bucks to call Microsoft you guys are my only hope :)

While using office XP i have found that when i print out
an email for our files, if there was an attachment it does
not indicate that there was an attachment on the printed
page. I am printing using the "Memo" style.

i have installed both sp1 and sp2 in the hopes that this
was fixed but was sadly disappointed.

how do i print emails to include the attachment
information? if there where three attachments i'd like to
see a list. i belive this was possible in previous
versions of office.

thank you for your help, and happy holidays to you and
yours from me and mine.

Are these messages that do not print the attachment icon in HTML format (it
should say at the very top of the message Window)? If so, this is a known
problem.

You can try changing the message format by selecting Edit Message from the
Edit menu and then selecting Rich Text Format or Plain Text from the Format
menu.
