Within the last week or so, our users have not been able to print from
Project 2000 to a network printer. We normally serve this application
through Citrix MetaFrame, however I have also tested this staight from Server
2003, 2000 Server, XP, going through Citrix or RDP, and just about any other
way I can think of. Printing will work if I install the driver locally and
redirect the port to the IP of the printer(s) or if a local printer is used.
I have even tried moving a printer into our main server VLAN to prove to
myself that the printing traffic was not being filtered by our network in any
way (we only filter traffic if it crosses VLANs). This has never been an
issue in the past and nothing has changed that I am aware of. Any help would
be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
