Printing a Calendar with Appointment Notes

I have recently converted from Outlook. When printing a calendar, is
there a way in Entourage, as there is in Outlook, to print each
appointment including the details for the appointment (attendees,
address, materials needed, etc.) that may be added in the large open
space at the bottom of the new event screen? No matter which calendar
format I choose, I seem to be unable to get anything but the date, time
and subject of the appointment.

Hi,

as far as I know, this cannot be done, and I consider it a serious flaw.
Request that feature by clicking on Help>Send Feedback on Entourage. If you
have Mac OS X 10.4 and Office 2004, you could use the Sync Services feature
to synchronise Entourage with iCal and then print your calendar items from
within iCal, which, if I remember correctly, allows you to print your notes.

Sad, but true. You have to work around this issue. You can open each
calendar event and print, but that defeats the purpose. Not that
Redmond will probably listen, but we should all use the "help/suggest"
option Michael mentions.
