Printing a file from a PowerPoint presentation.

I am picking up in the middle of a presentation that the
woman I replaced was working on. There are a number of
files in this presentation that my supervisor would like
to be "clickable" and go straight to print for the people
viewing the presentation (they will all have their own
copies of the presentation) She does not want them just
to print out like a slide; most of the files are Word
documents that would look silly on a slide, and in fact do
not fit well on the slide to begin with.

Is there any way I can set it up to print when you click
the image of the file? I'm not very good with macros or
Visual Basic, so an explanation for idiots would be
helpful.

Thanks.
