When printing contact information from Entourage I am given a choice of
style: address book or style: phone list
The are limited formatting options. Is there any way to further modify the
output? Sorry, I¹m an old Dynodex user really missing the formatting and
printing options that program offered.

If you use the mail merge feature sin Word, you can have whatever format you
like! The address book can be used as a data source for the merge.

Thanks, Barry, for your response. Yes, I know I can use the Data Merge
Manager, but it only allows a limited number of fields. (Or so it seems to
me.) What if I want ³Work Address² or ³Notes² or alternative emails or even
³Spouse² ? Sorry if I¹m missing the obvious. Maybe there¹s someway to add to
the fields in Data Merge Manager.

It lets you choose whichever fields you want (including Work Address, Notes
and/or Spouse: any and all fields). I'd suggest the "Separate Lines" format
if staying in Entourage, same line if exporting to Excel or Word. You get
the result in an Entourage Note. There would be ways of adding more
formatting by copying and pasting into Word (by way of an Excel, perhaps)
and converting to a Table there.

Thanks Paul. It works! Thanks for all the scripts you¹ve written and your
help to this group. (And I am a paying customer on Export-import Entourage X
script.)
