Printing address book -- page sizes

I've just gone through the whole nightmare of switching over from Outlook
on a PC to Entourage on a Mac, and now I find what looks like a major
dificiency in Entourage. Outlook provides a huge list of format options to
print every size of Filofax and Day Runner page. Entorage, however, seems
to provide formats for only a few of the available page sizes. In fact, the
most popular size -- the approx 3.5" x 6.5" Day Runner page -- doesn't
seem to be supported at all. Am I missing something here? Or am I going to
have to design a 'custom' output form because Microsoft was too lazy to
port all the page sizes to Entourage?

On the Print dialog box, choose the ³Add² button under the ³Form² drop-down
list and create your new form. It will probably take you less time to
create it than it took to compose this message ‹ although I agree that MS
should have created it so it would be done once instead of thousands of
times!
