Printing "Address Cards" in Entourage?

J

I want to print a hard copy of my Entourage address book.

In Outlook I had the option of printing what I believe the program
called address cards and I got two columns with not much space between
records. Now in Entourage all I can figure out is to go to Print and
then layout where I can change to two pages per sheet but still I seem
to end up with a huge pile of paper.

These records in Outlook would print out at about 40 or 50 pages, in
Entourage I'm getting 270 pages and even cutting to two pages per sheet
I get 135 pages.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

In the Print dialog that comes up, switch the popup from Address Book to
Phone List. That will save some space, anyway. You can also click Layout to
remove some field if you want to, Form popup to choose Franklin cards and
other formats instead of full pages, and Edit to reduce margins and other
white space. If you do most o that, you should be able to cut down the empty
areas quit a bit. Phone List is the one that will save you most.
