printing brochures

I am having trouble printing a brochure. The front panel
cannot be centered because it cuts off the text when
printing. I have reduced the margins but it doesn't
change anything

Where is the text being cut off at? I assume the margins. If so, this is a
limitation of your printer, as Publisher supports full bleeds and will not
get cut off.

Some printers have as much as a 16mm printing margin, and hence why you are
having the problems.
What you have to do is group the end panel and move it into the scratch
area,
you then print the first two panels
then you group the first two panels and move them into the scratch area,
you then move the end panel back into place and rotate it 180°,
and put it in place normally where your first panel is,
and then re-feed your paper and as the end panel is now at the top of the
page, it will print perfectly.

With inkjet printers you are substantially better off with Canon not only
because of the superb quality, but they have small printing margins.
