Printing Calendar in Outlook after latest Office service pack

I am posting this message after spending a couple hours diagnosing a user's
problem with printing a shared calendar.

The error retured by Outlook was:

The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem
persists, restart Outlook.

After some research (involving a machine that was not patched to the latest
service pack), I found that printing the daily view produced the following
error.

The TaskPad cannot be printed because there is not an associated Tasks
folder or you do not have permission to view it. Ask the folder owner for
permission to view the associated Tasks folder, remove the taskPad from the
selected print style, or click OK to print the calendar without the TaskPad.

Since the user could print the calendar by clicking OK (before the latest
SP), they never reported this error. The calendars in question were resource
and company scheduling calendars and did not have task folders.

Removing the TaskPad from the print style resolved the problem for the users.
