Printing calendar views

OSX 10.2.8, Entourage 10.1.4

I would like to be able to print the following:

Month view (specific category/ies only)
Week view (not the week list)
Month, week, day or list view WITH the notes included

Does anyone know how to accomplish any or all of this?

Get the upgrade to Entourage 2004. The latest version allows you to print
items from a specific category or project. There are some other calendar
printing improvements as well.
Week view (not the week list)

I don't know of how to do this. In Entourage 2004 the week printout isn't
in a seven-day-across format, but it's not the list-like format in X either.

As far as I know, there is no way to do this. Be sure to send feedback to
Microsoft. In Entourage X or 2004, go to Help -> Send Feedback on
