Hi, when I insert Comments into a document in Word 2002,
if they are too long to be contained in the Bubble - the
Bubble lists what it can and ends with a (...) - when I
print out the doc with the Comments, it lists the full
Comments not printed in the Bubbles at the end of the
doc. But it does not print the comments in the selected
font, but in standard Times New Roman. The font used for
the doc and the comments in the Bubbles are printed out
correctly. The result is that the Comments printed at
the end of the doc are unreadable, yet when viewed on my
PC by clicking the (...) in the Bubble, they are viewed
in the correct font.
Thanks,
Robert
