printing contacts

Hi,
I am trying to print my outlook contacts including following informations.
1) contact index on side
2) headings for each letter

I did checked the boxes for both info to be included in page setting but
when i see print preview, it is showing only contact index on side without
any highlighting for the particular contact index and without headings for
each letter..

Pls give solution
