Printing document name and path

How can I get all of our Word documents, exisiting and new, to print a footer
with the document name and path? We're using Word 2002. Thanks.

You need to insert a field into the footer. Go to the header/footer view and
with the cursor in the footer, click on the autotext button and choose file
name and path from the list.

Note: If you work with a document management system (DMS) including the path
in the file name may give unpredictable results as some DMS randomly allocate
drive letters when contacting the server to gain access to the file. You can
get more assistance from your DMS solution provider.
