Printing eFax Attachment upon arrival rule

any ideas please

i wrote a rule that reads as follows

Apply this rule after message arrives
when recieved through the MOTC account
and with eFax in the subject
and which has an attachment
start C:\eFax Messenger Plus\eFaxview.exe
and print it
and move it to the Inbox R OMNC Folder
