Printing envelopes with Entourage Documents?

In my Microsoft User Data folder is a folder named Printing Forms. I¹d like
to print addresses from my Entourage address book on business envelopes but
cannot figure it out. After selecting a contact, I click on the Print icon
at the top of the Contact window, then try to ³Add a Form.² Even though I
can choose only home or business address, the result prints a header with
³Contacts², the printing date, a subheader with ³Home address² and
³Categories² on it.

Anybody play with this option before? Any thoughts on how to extend the
usefulness of Entourage Printing Forms?

To create address labels, you need to use Word instead of Entourage; Word
features a Data Merge Manager (in the Tools menu) that will allow you to use
Entourage's address book in such a way. You can find out more about the Data
Merge Manager in Word's help files, or by posting questions in
microsoft.public.mac.office.word.
