Printing from Entourage causes an error 79 on our HP Laserjet 5000

Every time this employee tries to print from Entourage to our HP 5000N
it causes a 79 error and the printer needs to be restarted. Before I
send another printer ro purchase a new one for that office I was
hoping there may be a fix for this problem. Microsoft seems to point
the finger at HP and vice versa.

One would assume that since a reboot of the printer is required, there may
be an issue with the printer. However, I would verify that you are running
SR-1 for Entourage. Some printing issues may have been corrected wtih that
update.
