Printing grid lines in Visio Standard 2002

I have been using Visio as a CAD program for area layouts. I want to print the layouts including the grid lines. I can't figure out how to do this

I also save the images as .jpg files so people without Visio can view the layouts, and would like to keep the gridlines in those as well. Any ideas?
