One approach:
In Entourage, I brought up Tools | Scrapbook and dragged the group name onto
the palette window, where it created a clipping.
In Word (or Excel), I again brought up Tools | Scrapbook, dragged the
clipping into a Word doc, and got a nice neat little list with group name,
and each name and email address on a line.
This seems pretty quick--I was able to drag two groups into the Scrapbook
and get two clippings, but had to drag each clipping into Word separately to
get the list.
Hope that helps. I found (as you must have) that simply selecting and File |
Print didn't work, not sure if there might be an alternative method within
Entourage.
The trick is to NOT OPEN the group. Just SELECT the group in the address
book, and DRAG it to any text window anywhere: an open Entourage Note window
(or even new message window), an open Word document, an open TextEdit
window, or Excel spreadsheet - anywhere. You will get a list of group
members, one per line, with Name (if any) and <email address> for each, and
the title of the group at the top.
(If for some reason you wanted to save space and get it as a continuous
comma-delimited list, COPY and PASTE instead of Drag. But DRAG is almost
always neater.)
