Is there any way to do this for your contacts? I was able to do it in
Outlook Express but I can't figure out how to in Entourage. Thanks.

Here's a perfect example of why you need to tell us which version of
Entourage you have, since the answer is radically different, depending.

If you have Office v. X, you do it in Word X: Tools/Data Merge Manager.
Choose Labels, choose Office Address Book as your Data Source, insert the or
select the fields you want. At the very end, there's Query button which
lets you select just contacts of a particular category/ies, and/or select or
deselect individual contacts as well.

In Word 2001, this is only good for printing the entire Address Book, which
is perhaps what you want (it was the same via OE), since the Query button
doesn't function. It also doesn't include the company in Work addresses, and
has other lacks. You can get my (free) scripts "Office for Office" at

MacScripter.net <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/>

and run "Print Labels" from that collection. It runs from Entourage, lets
you choose the same sort of thing as the Query does, select by category or
by selection in the Address Book, and gives the result in Word. Also George
Clark's shareware 'eQuery' scripts (same place) are even closer to the Query
button's methods.
