| I have a number of meeting rooms that I print the
schedule
| off each morning, and then print of all the tasks. These
| are stored on the exchange server.

| What I'm wanting is to programatticaly open each folder,
| print 2 copies of the currentday's task, or select the
| date you wish to print, and the print all appointments on
| that day, rather than having to go file > open > other
| users folder > Calendar 1 > task 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 etc.

| If the appointments can't be printed I'm not to fussed,
| but is there an easier way to print the four calendar's
| off at the press of a button, rather than doing the long
| winded process?
