I've created a second calendar folder, a sub-folder of the default calendar on the Exchange server. I'd like to print this calendar. Whenever I try to print, I only get the default calendar - I don't see a way to print the other calendar.
The idea was to create a shared calendar for a department, one that doesn't contain all my personal calendar items.
The items to share are in particular categories and projects, but I dont' want to complicate the issue for other users (who aren't very technical). I want to say, "open this calendar," and have them be able to print it themselves.
