I am stumped on a MSAccess problem. I don't know enough about scripts to
figure this one out.
I have a file containing customer numbers and names.
EX: 1234 John
1234 Mary
2345 Tom
3456 Charles
3456 Kevin
3456 Bryan
3456 Mary
I need to print 4 labels for each individual customer number if there are 3
or less occurances in the file. In the first example customer 1234 would
have "John", "Mary", "Guest" and "Guest".
If there are 4 or more numbers in the file like number "3456", I need 8
labels with the remainder of the labels to say "Guest".
An alternative would be to create another file with additional records which
would contain either 4 or 8 records for each number.
Can anyone out there help.
Thanks in advance.
