Printing multipul pub files

I have number of two sided pub files containing training records that I would
like to print off (100+ saved individually under employee name), is there a
way of printing all these files say 8 per page, duplex. Rather than having to
print them all individually and waste alot of paper ?

Sure, but first post the version of Publisher you are using; I think it's a
bit different with some of the versions of Publisher.
I use Pub 2000
