Printing on b/w printer

Oliver Lingk

Hello again NG!
I tried to print out my presentation on a black&white printer (HP LJ 4).
When I print out a colored (eg green) box it's correctly printed in a grey
style. But when I print out 1-dimensional objects (like lines, arrows etc.)
they are always printed in black and not some kind of grey. This also
happens when I attach a thickness of 20pt or more to them.

Can anybody tell me, why those objects are printed in black and not in grey
as the 2-dimensional objects are?

Thanx in advance
Oliver

You will see that lines are printed in BLACK (always). Just one of those
things!

Comment:

For everybody who is interested in this problem:
I found a solution to solve this problem, at least for my printer. Although
I have a b&w printer I chose "print style-> color" and got nice greyscales!
