Printing out Contact List

I want to display contacts as Contact Cards, but most of
the time the display does not show the company name. In
most cases it displays:

John Doe
123 Avenue A
Friendly, CA 99999

I wanted it to display:

John Doe
ABC Company, Inc.
123 Avenue A
Friendly, CA 999

The same applies with my printouts of the contact cards.
How do I control the information that Outlook 2003
displays and prints for contact cards so that it shows
and prints the company name every time?
