I have found that when I print my directory in the "card style" several of
the listings have garbled information - mostly the telephone numbers, but
also the "notes" portion of the directory. Sometimes the general spacing is
wrong with large gaps or shifts in the information. I am using MS Outlook
2003 on a Dell laptop printing to an HP1320 laser printer. Is there some way
to make sure that the information in my Outlook files accurately print to a
directory?
