Printing problem

I have trouble printing emails from Entourage 2004.

The printout is very very small, like 4 points text.

I tried zooming in the print dialog but it doesn't solve the problem.

Any solution ?

Have you checked your Print font preference?

Yes. I even changed the font and size to be sure the pref file gets updated.
No success.

Still trying a few things and waiting for a solution.
