Printing Problems in Entourage with HP Photosmart 2710 all-in-one printer

Whenever I try to print a message within Entourage I have the
following problems:

1) If it is a single page message it will print the page, but I have
to hit the "Cancel" button on the printer in order for it to eject the
page.

2) If it is a multiple page message, it will only print (and eject)
the last page of the message. It will not print the earlier pages at
all so if it's a 3 page message it will only print page 3 and if I
want to print the remaining pages I have to do 2 additional "Print"
commands using the "Print Page 1 of 3, and Print Page 2 of 3"
commands.

I also have this printer hooked up to a PC and when printing within
Microsoft Outlook everything prints perfectly.

Can you test printing something else, like a long web page, from your
Mac? Does it print properly? This really sounds like a printer driver
problem and not an Entourage problem.

I took your advice and was able to print a long web page from my Mac.
I have loaded what I thought were the most up-to-date drivers for my
HP Photosmart 2710 All-In-One in the past, but I will give it another
try. Thank you for your assistance.
