We have problem where we receive many emails with multiple
pictures attached. We need to be able to print the email
and all the attachments quickly. The settings in Outlook
allow you automatically print attachments. The problem
when running on Windows XP Pro is that this calls up
the "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" which will not print
on demand, it has a print wizard. The result is that each
picture has to be idividually printed.
To try and rectify this we have tried installing another
graphics programe and changing the file association
for .tif to that programme. This does not work, Outlook
still envokes Fax and Picture Viewer. Next try was to
unregister the Fax and Picture Viewer from rundll, this
does not work, outlook crashes.
It seems Outlook directly calls on Fax and Picture Viewer
to open pictures in Outlook regardless of the file
association.
Any recommendations?
