Printing using a cell value.

I need to print the contents of a cell (ex. a name in cell
A1) using the value in another cell (ex. a number in cell
A2.
Basically a name in A1 needs to be printed or exported to
another sheet using the value in another cell.

Example
Cell A1 has the text value "Rick" in it.
Cell A2 has the numerical value "5" in it.
I want to export/print "Rick" 5 times to the same excel
workbook or a completly different excel workbook.

Can someone please let me know how to do this?
