Dear Sir,
Needs your technical support on my printer.Its unable to
print out accordingly to my display, some texts at
difference line is in-complete and missing event i did
change diffirence font (refer to Window Help file), it
give the same result (behave not correctly).Our local
computer company already trying out,still can't solve this
problem.
This problem arise after i did purchase a new laser
printer and connected to my computer through data tranfer
switch(selector switch A/B). The computer specialist
trying out a brand new printer but it's still giving the
same error. I need your technical advise urgently how to
solve it. Please allow me to have your fax no.so that I
can fax you the error printout sample for your
instruction/direction. Hope to here from you as soon as
possible.
Printer Model: Panasonic KX-P1121 Multi-Mode Printer (24
pin)
Canan Laser Printer Model: Laser Shot LBP-1210
My PC: Plentium III Processor
Operating System: Window98
Microsoft Office: Microsoft 2000
