privacy in entourage at workplace

Hi,

We recently bought new macs for the lab in which I work, and our tech
support knows nothing about macs (typical!). We are running
exchange servers (I think 5.5 with service pack 5). My problem is that
I need to set up entourage in a way that privatizes accounts (i.e. when
you open entourage you will not see any accounts open, instead you
will have to choose one.) Anyone have an idea how to do this?

You need to Log Out of your User.

Also seems you can use the screen saver to require a password.
