PRJPROE.MSI installation package deleted accidently

I happened to delete the PRJPROE.MSI installation package accidently for
Project 2003. Now, I can neither uninstall nor upgrade. Everytime I try and
do it, it looks for PRJPROE.MSI and since it does not find it, it quits.
Please help.
