Problem applying update 10.1.2

I'm trying to apply Office update 10.1.2 to office OS X.

Here is the problem:
Install program says it succeeds; Excel, Power Point and Word update
properly and show proper release number and builds, however Entourage
fails to start with a "Entourage temp folder not found" message. Doing
"get infor" on Entourage shows that it was not updated. Looking at
the updater log I see a "update error -15" for Entourage, micorsoft
graph, and english spelling. These files were not moved to the trash
as the others were.

Removing Office via the Remove Office app in the Value Pack and
reinstalling results in same errors.

Can't find any mention of update error 15 anywhere. This is a valid
Office CD university issue. We get this same error on an iBook and 2
falt-panel iMacs (using same CD). All running OSX v 10.2.6.

Anyone have this experience or any idea how to manage it?

Did you quit the Microsoft Database daemon before installing?

In OS X, quit all Office applications including Notifications (Microsoft
Database daemon) Not quitting the Microsoft Database Daemon is the most
common reason for failure. For more details see:

Error: ³Entourage Temp Folder² is missing

Ensure that the ³Entourage Temp Folder² is located in the following path:

~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Entourage Temp Folder

We have some errors listed. We have the ³Entourage Temp Folder² is missing
but don't have a number associated with it.

It turns out that since my Office is a University issue, it cannot be
updated. We spent HOURS on the phone with Microsoft last week, trying
to sort this out. Kept getting bounced around from one tech support
person to another. They all new it was University copy. The fourth one
we talked to figured it out. He also pointed out that since it was a
Univ. copy, we were not eligible for MS tech support!

So I guess now I go back to camous and try to get a new copy that has
the updates (thought after scanning the posts here since 10.1.4 came
out, I'm not sure I want to bother!)
