Problem contact outlook 2002 SP3

Hi,

I'm having a little problem with contact in outlook 2002 SP3.
There's 2 ways to acces the contact. 1- In the folder list, select
contact.
2- In the standard bar, select the adress book icon then in show name
from, choose contact.
My problem is that there's some difference between the 2. We use
Echange 5.5 and contact are suppose to be on the server. This problem
occur for almost every user.

Any idea anyone.

What exactly is the problem? The address book is a viewer for the addresses
in your contacts folders, as well as for other address lists.
