Problem Getting Email as Scheduled with Entourage 2004

Hello:

I¹m using Entourage 2004 on a Mac G4 with system 10.3.6. When I boot up the
program, I get my mail just fine. Then I get one email as I¹ve scheduled it
(every 10 minutes) just fine, but the rest of my email gets bottled up and
won¹t deliver until I quit the program and reboot it. This is a continual
problem with this software, but it doesn¹t occur with Entourage from Office
X.

Any suggestions?

Under the tools menu, select 'schedules'.
In the list that follows, double-click on 'send & receive all'
Make sure your other accounts are added to this schedule for checking every
ten minutes.
