Problem in adding columns in contacts of Outlook 2000

Hi all, a friend of mine showed me this kind of problem: after havin
modified the columns of Outlook 2000 contacts, in "telephone" kind o
view, having added some other column, when he tries to click on a ro
of a contact, appears a pop-up that tells him some stuff like "th
module is not registered on the libraries....are there possibl
security exposures by using macro....." and so on (i apologize for no
having copied the exact message).
On the pop-up there are two choices: "active" and "do no active" but o
both those choices the contact card opens successfully.
Is there a way to make disappear this annoying pop-up?
Did you ever noticed it?
Thanks for your answers!

I suspect that this is the enable/disable macros message from an unpublished
or oneoff custom form, but "tells him some stuff like" doesn't give us much
to go on. Please provide the exact text of the message.

Are these contacts using a custom form? What "some other column" was added?
