Problem In Entourage

Dear Sir,

I have a office id and i forwarded to my 6 Accounts in entourage, I am
receiving mails for these all accounts from my office id, In my
Microsoft Identities size is 23 GB. So this reason every 10 days once
its automatically rebuild the data, but my disc space is only 13.2 GB
now its not able to rebuild that data. Its giving error disc Full. I
cann't open the data also. How to delete the duplicate mails or How to
seperate the indivigually accounts and taking backup of all accounts.

I'm using this for more than 7 Yrs. how to take year wise. Please
provide some idia

To rebuild the database, you will need to free up some disk space - no other
option open there. You need twice as much space as the size of the database
file.

Once you get the database opened, I have a 'remove duplicates' script on my
web pages that will delete any duplicate emails from a selected folder. See
website URL in my sig line.
